Details:
- Module ID to be able to have multiple CN K2 Ticker modules on the same page with different effects for each.
- Allows the user to set the limit of the latest items from K2 to be shown. (Defaults to show the latest 10 K2 Items)
- Multiple options for Effects between each K2 Items (Fade In/Out, Scroll Left, Scroll Right, Scroll Up, Scroll Down)
- Two layout options (Horizontal or Vertical) Horizontal view used for column positions of the installed template. Vertical view used for full width of site positions on the installed template (See above).
- Show written by author's username or name options (turn on or off)
- Show category's name that the K2 item is published in (turn on or off)
- Put a link on the category's name to the category's page (turn on or off)
- Show hits of the K2 item (turn on or off)
- Show date it was created
- Date Customization - you can set up how you would like the date to be displayed. (ex. 5/15/2011 or 05.15.11) Using the PHP Date page to help you, you can have it display any way you'd like.
- Option to set the module to pause transitions when the user hovers over the item, allowing the user to be able to read the item's information before it goes to the next item.
- It supports the access level option, if the K2 Item is viewable only for registered users and they are not logged into the site, it will send them to the login screen and not to the actual K2 item!

Functionality:
This module is an extension for the K2 Component. It shows the latest K2 Items you have published on your site in a news ticker kind of feel. There are 5 options of display effects (Scroll Left, Scroll Right, Scroll Down, Scroll Up and Fade In/Out) You can set the time on each item, how many of the recent Items to display and also edit the time it takes to transition from one K2 Item to the next.
There is also support for K2 Items that may be set for only registered users to view, so in the case that it is a registered user only K2 Item and the user is not logged in, it will send them to the login page of your site.
You can also set the module to show the category's name that the newly published K2 Item is in.
